V/H/S Now Available On VOD!

You may remember one of my early posts about the upcoming horror found footage anthology movie V/H/S, but if not, you can see it here.  Now as you can tell, my expectations are high for this one, which in the realm of movies (especially horror), that can be good or bad.  Well by this weekend, I’ll be able to tell you if I’m elated or deflated because V/H/S is available on VOD now! Some of the outlets where you can watch this anticipated flick are:  Itunes, Amazon, Charter, Comcast, DirecTV, and Time Warner.  Full list is here.

Ooooh – I just introduced my first gif into my blog!  I’m so proud.  For those of you in the dark about this movie, here’s the quick, but somewhat long synopsis:  “When a group of petty criminals are hired by a mysterious party to retrieve a rare piece of found footage from a rundown house in the middle of nowhere, they soon realize that the job isn’t going to be as easy as they thought. In the living room, a lifeless body holds court before a hub of old television sets, surrounded by stacks upon stacks of VHS tapes. As they search for the right one, they are treated to a seemingly endless number of horrifying videos, each stranger than the last.

*99 cent store creepiness*

Now don’t forget that this little ditty will hit select theaters on October 5th as well.  My review will be up after I sit down and digest what I watch, but reviews are already up online and are mixed, which is expected I guess.  If you don’t want to watch the movie V/H/S this weekend, you could just always dust off that old VHS copy of Psycho Cop and enjoy that instead.  Either way you can’t lose!
